Valvitalia è stata fondata nel 2002 dal Cav. Lav. Salvatore Ruggeri, attuale Presidente, e ha il
RICAVI 2023 suo headquarter e stabilimento principale a Rivanazzano (Pavia).

prodotti e ha consolidato la sua presenza a livello internazionale, rientrando tra i grandi player

attraverso una rete diretta e indiretta di agenti. Il Gruppo conta circa 800 dipendenti, di cui
ADDETTI 650 presso gli stabilimenti italiani. Oltre ad una struttura specializzata dedicata alla ricerca e
800 sviluppo, Valvitalia presenta cinque diverse business unit: Fire fighting (con i marchi Eusebi e
Silvani), Flow control Italy, Flow control China, Tecnoforge e Broady UK.
CARICHE SOCIALI Dal marzo del 2023, CDP Equity rappresenta l’azionista di maggioranza al 75%, mentre la
Presidente Famiglia Ruggeri partecipa al 25% del Gruppo.
Salvatore Ruggeri Nel 2023, Valvitalia ha registrato ricavi pari a 181 milioni di euro, in crescita del 36% rispetto
al 2022, mentre l’utile è in deciso progresso, a quota 69 milioni.
