Founded in 1972, Vergaengineering S.p.A. is a leading engineering company, specialised ANNUARIO ANIMP 2025/2026
in the design, fabrication, supply and erection of fired heaters and related equipment for
the Oil & Gas industry.
From our headquarters in Milan, we coordinate our procurement, prefabrication, and
erection activities (both nationally and internationally), following the strictest quality
control and inspection procedures.
In addition to fired heaters, we supply waste heat recovery units, complete skids and
burner management systems, combustion air preheating systems, fans and pumps,
control instrumentation, analysers and spare parts. Moreover, we carry out feasibility
studies to assess and improve the performance of existing heaters, as well as to evaluate

future investments for new units.
As a member company of the American Petroleum Institute (API), we regularly attend
their yearly API meetings in the USA, and actively contribute to the drafting committees
of major international standards in the industry.
