Stefano Amos obtained a degree in Automation Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan and
currently holds the position of Customer Experience Director at SIAD Macchine Impianti. Over the years,
he has held several roles within the company, which have enabled him to gain deep insight into customer
needs and expectations. Drawing on his experience, he is constantly working with all departments with
the aim of improving the customer experience.

Davide Pozzoni

Davide Pozzoni graduated in Management Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan and
currently holds the position of Marketing Director at SIAD Macchine Impianti, having worked as Project
Manager in the Air Separation Plant Division.
In addition to these positions within the SIAD Group, he has gained experience as a Project Engineer in
the automotive sector, in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning sectors and, as a qualified profes-
sional, in the design and testing of fire prevention systems.
