                                                      Personnel Management
                                                      The human factor should be taken in consideration
                                                      as key factor in order to guarantee the product final
                                                      Quality.
                                                      The tightening operators and in general all techni-
                                                      cians involved in the tightening works have to at-
                                                      tend dedicate training according to International
                                                      Codes and  Standards.
                                                      In general the theoretical knowledge is combined
                                                      with the practical training, in  order to proof that
                                                      required skill has been gained in accordance with
                                                      operative procedures.
                                                      A specific Training Plan has to be set according
                                                      to Project requirements and approved by an inde-
                                                      pendent review Organization, therefore a Qualifying
                                                      Body has to be appointed.

                                  Date le variabili in gioco è necessario definire un sistema di controllo integrato che partendo dalle fasi
                                  inziali di progettazione segua tutte le fasi dell’esecuzione.
                                  Considerando quanto sviluppato in Technip Italy, l’articolo vuole mettere in risalto quali debbano
                                  essere i principali aspetti da considerare al fine di assicurare che l’accoppiamento flangiato garantisca
                                  le performance richieste in termini di Qualità e affidabilità, con una speciale attenzione ai requisiti
                                  da imporre alle attività in cantiere, al fine di perseguire l’adeguato livello di controllo ottimizzando
                                  l’efficienza.
                                  Dato l’ingente numero di accoppiamenti flangiati in un tipico impianto petrolchimico, l’applicazione
                                  informatica al suddetto sistema integrato, consente inoltre di gestire il considerevole flusso di dati
                                  necessario al corretto tracciamento e certificazione di Qualità nelle varie fasi esecutive.
